CONSULTATION SESSION

Free

I provide a 15 minute free consultation session (over the phone) for those looking to explore counseling services with me.

INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES/FAMILY THERAPY SESSION, (self-pay)

Therapy Session - $120
Initial (Intake) Session - $140

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

I provide clinical supervision for those seeking LCSW licensure at a rate of

$120/hour.

I offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions. The length of each session is 50-55 minutes. I currently accept the following health insurance plans: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Sentara, Optum (United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford) and Quest Behavioral Health. Co-pays and deductibles will depend on your specific plan. If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide you with superbills you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, debit/credit card and HSA/FSA card.
