I offer individual therapy sessions to older teens and adults. I also offer couples and family counseling to those looking to mend relationships and build healthier bonds.

CONSULTATION SESSION

Free

I provide a 15 minute free consultation session (over the phone) for those looking to explore counseling services with me.

INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES/FAMILY THERAPY SESSION, (self-pay)

Therapy Session - $120
Initial (Intake) Session - $140

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

I provide clinical supervision for those seeking LCSW licensure at a rate of

$120/hour.

I offer in-person or virtual therapy sessions. The length of each session is 50-55 minutes. I currently accept the following health insurance plans: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Sentara and United Healthcare. Co-pays and deductibles will depend on your specific plan. If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide you with superbills you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee scholarships to those in need. Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, debit/credit card and HSA/FSA card.
